NOW HIRING: LANDSCAPE FIELD TECHNICIAN

Full Throttle Outdoor Solutions | Port Orchard, WA

Ever put in a full day of quality work and go home wondering if anyone even noticed?

What if you actually enjoyed going to work?

Not because the job is easy, but because the people around you respect you, your hard work is noticed, your leadership listens, and you know you're building something instead of just collecting a paycheck.

At Full Throttle Outdoor Solutions, we create that kind of workplace.

WE'RE HIRING

We're looking for a Landscape Field Technician to join our growing team.

Whether you enjoy landscaping, hardscaping, or both, we'd love to meet you.

No two projects are the same. One week you might be building a paver patio or retaining wall. The next, you could be installing irrigation, planting landscapes, creating outdoor living spaces, or solving drainage challenges.

If you like learning, taking pride in your work, and doing something different every day, you won't be stuck doing the same thing here.

WHAT WE OFFER

•  Competitive Pay! Up to $30/hour

• Pay is based on experience, work ethic, and performance.

•  Paid Training & Continuing Education

• We invest in where you're headed with opportunities to learn new skills and advance your career.

•  Opportunities to Grow

• We believe good employees should have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.

•  Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits

•  401(k) After 90 Days

•  Five Paid Holidays

•  Winter Break

•  Annual Summer Party

•  Annual Christmas Party

• And most importantly:

• A leadership team that listens.

• A team environment built on respect, teamwork, and accountability.

We celebrate our wins as a team, invest in our employees, and give people opportunities to learn and move forward.

WHAT DOES THE WORK LOOK LIKE?

Our projects range from detailed landscape installations to large hardscape projects.

You could find yourself working on:

• Paver patios

• Retaining walls

• Outdoor living spaces

• Fire pit areas

• Irrigation installations

• Landscape planting

• Drainage solutions

• Landscape stairs and walkways

• Water features

• And much more

Real variety. Real projects. Real opportunities to build your skills.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has a positive attitude

• Takes pride in their work

• Wants to learn and improve

• Works well with others

• Is dependable

• Shows up ready to work

• Takes accountability for their work

• Wants a career, not just another job

A valid driver's license is required.

Landscape or hardscape experience is preferred, but not required. Experience is valuable, but attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

WHY FULL THROTTLE?

When Full Throttle Outdoor Solutions was started, the goal wasn't simply to build a successful landscaping company.

It was to build the kind of company we always wished we'd worked for.

A place where people are respected.

Where hard work gets recognized.

Where you can learn new skills.

Where you can grow your career.

And where you can actually enjoy the people you work with.

We're not perfect, and we don't expect our employees to be either.

We want people who show up, care about doing quality work, support their teammates, and want to keep getting better.
