Charlie is a dedicated landscaper with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces since 1984. After graduating from Central Kitsap High School, he explored various construction fields but always returned to his true calling—landscaping. In 2021, Charlie and his wife took a significant step by purchasing Full Throttle Landscaping, a company he had devoted nearly a decade to. When he's not crafting beautiful landscapes, Charlie loves spending time with his family, camping, hiking, traveling, gardening, and mushroom foraging.

PATTY
Meet Patty, our dedicated owner with over 30 years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, and management. Armed with two certificates in business management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Outside of work, Patty enjoys spending time with her big family, husband, and grandkids, as well as camping and caring for her beloved fur babies. She is passionate about furthering her education and continuously growing both personally and professionally.

Kelsi brings an impressive 14 years of customer service experience, having worked across various departments in a major retail store, where she excelled in employee training and customer service. With 16 years in technology, including SEO and website building, she combines her skills in sales and marketing, honed over 9 years, with 3 years as a landscape office assistant. Outside of her professional life, Kelsi is a dedicated mother to two wonderful children and six fur babies, with a passion for dance that she cherishes whenever she finds the time.

I'm Laura Havard, owner of Emerald Accounting Solutions, with 24 years in the accounting field. I specialize in Bookkeeping for small businesses. I'm a diligent, responsible accountant with a knack for attention to detail. I am a trustworthy professional and excellent leader. I'll bring all the expertise I've acquired throughout my career to take your firm to the next level. In my spare time I like exploring new places with my family and cooking with my husband.
